Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of InkScreen by Artists. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

InkScreen provides Artists with an AI-powered consultation assistant ("Jade") that engages with prospective clients, gathers enquiry details, and presents qualified leads to the Artist for review. InkScreen is a tool to support an Artist's existing business; it does not itself provide tattooing services, and InkScreen is not party to any agreement between an Artist and their client.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to operate a tattoo studio or work as a tattoo artist to register for an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account
• One account is intended for use by one Artist or studio; account sharing beyond reasonable studio team use is not permitted without separate agreement

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use InkScreen to:

• Misrepresent your identity, studio, or qualifications
• Submit false or misleading information that could cause harm to a Client
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other Artists' accounts
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

4. Client interactions

Jade is an AI assistant and, while designed to represent your stated preferences accurately, all enquiries delivered through InkScreen should be reviewed by you before any booking is confirmed. InkScreen is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of an AI-generated conversation, and you remain solely responsible for all bookings, pricing, and service delivery to your clients.

5. Fees and payment

InkScreen is currently offered to early-stage Artists under arrangements agreed individually and directly between InkScreen and the Artist. Where a fee applies, this will be clearly communicated and agreed prior to any charge being made. As InkScreen formalises into a registered business, these Terms will be updated to reflect standard subscription pricing and payment terms, and Artists will be notified of any such changes with reasonable advance notice before they take effect.

6. Data and privacy

Use of InkScreen is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how Artist and Client data is collected, used, and stored.

7. Service availability

InkScreen is provided on an evolving, early-stage basis. While we aim for high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses arising from temporary downtime or service interruption.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@inkscreen.ink. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms, including misuse of the platform or provision of false information.

9. Limitation of liability

InkScreen is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, InkScreen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost bookings, lost revenue, or client disputes.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as InkScreen develops, including upon formal business registration and the introduction of standard pricing. Continued use of InkScreen following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection rights an Artist or Client may hold under the law of their own country of residence.
