InkScreen ("InkScreen," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered client consultation tool for tattoo artists and studios. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you, whether you are a tattoo artist using InkScreen ("Artist") or a member of the public enquiring with an artist through InkScreen ("Client").

This policy is written in plain English wherever possible. If anything is unclear, contact us at support@inkscreen.ink.

6. Data retention

Artist account data and associated enquiry records are retained for as long as the Artist maintains an active account. Should an Artist account be deactivated or deleted, associated data will be removed within a reasonable period, save where retention is necessary for legal or accounting purposes.

Conversations between Clients and Jade are automatically and permanently deleted 90 days after the conversation was last active, regardless of Artist account status. This applies whether or not an enquiry was completed.
